In a strategic move to elevate its workplace experience in Canada, Cushman & Wakefield partnered with Henricksen to support the relocation of its Vancouver office to the 12th floor of 700 W Georgia Street—an iconic downtown address in the heart of the city. The new 18,240-square-foot space was thoughtfully designed to foster collaboration, efficiency, and employee well-being.

Henricksen provided comprehensive furniture solutions to accommodate 106 employees, including 86 open-plan workstations and 20 private offices. In addition to core workspaces, the project featured a variety of zones for focus and connection, such as café areas, lounge settings, and collaborative spaces tailored to the evolving needs of a hybrid workforce.

The furniture package, incorporated high-performance products from leading manufacturers including Allsteel, Humanscale, and SitOnIt. Each selection was made with comfort, aesthetics, and long-term functionality in mind—helping Cushman & Wakefield create a welcoming, future-ready environment for both staff and clients.

Henricksen’s team played a key role in the success of the relocation, providing expertise from planning through installation. The result is a modern workspace that not only supports day-to-day operations but also reflects Cushman & Wakefield’s professional brand and commitment to excellence in every market they serve.
